These are the six routines I run every single week, without exception. Not theory, the exact process behind every consistent result I've had in this market.
Most traders trade first and think later. This flips it: filter, grade, and plan first, then execute with total clarity.
This week's discipline score
Filter out the highest quality setups using the H.M.P.P.E.E. framework (taught in full inside the 1 Hour Masterclass), identifying the best opportunities based on price position, market structure, market direction, clarity, and more.
Do this nowRun this week's setups through the H.M.P.P.E.E. filter before you consider any entry.
Every week, the top three to five pairs get graded into a tier system, from tier one to tier three. The highest-graded setup gets allocated slightly more risk, since the odds of success are greater.
Do this nowGrade this week's top pairs from tier 1 to tier 3, and size up only on your tier 1s.
This is probably the most important weekly routine, the one that helped me make millions in this market. It's also the game changer that's scaled many of my students from zero to now 5 to 7 figures in P&L. Your game plan must include a detailed pre-trade analysis, your specific risk management, and your entry price.
Do this nowWrite next week's game plan: pre-trade analysis, risk management, and entry price for every setup you're tracking.
The best elite traders know one thing: the market doesn't always move exactly as your initial scenario expects. I personally plan an A+ scenario and a B scenario, so if price misses my first entry, I already have clear instructions for how to take the second.
Do this nowWrite your A+ and B scenario for tomorrow's setup before the market opens.
Tracking your data is extremely important to make sure you're always moving forward. The best mistakes are the ones that turn into valuable lessons. If you keep repeating mistakes with no idea how to improve and refine them, you're wasting your time.
Do this nowJournal every trade you took this week, and write down the one lesson each mistake taught you.
Always review your trades on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly routine. This allows you to recognize patterns better and avoid repeating similar mistakes. It also lets you double down on your strengths.
Do this nowReview this week's trades today, and pull out one pattern and one strength to build on.
Not your P&L. Whether you actually ran these six routines this week.
